Time poll feature request: weekday-of-the-month.

Since I'm new I may be wrong, but it seems the very first thing I want to do isn't available. Our MeetUp group has regular monthly meetings on a particular "weekday of the month" like, "2nd Tuesday." If you are familiar with MeetUp, you already know what I mean. I would like to be able to poll members which day works best for them. Time-of-day would be a separate, perhaps nested, but not as important element of the decision. Even just "weekday" would be a step in the right direction.
Have I missed something? Is this available somehow and I just haven't found it?
I guess I'll make due with a general topic for now.
28 possibilites doesn't really seem optimal. Could maybe knock it down to 7 + 4 if we could make it 2D.

True. Widgets of Calendar and clock metaphors for selecting should be available...
You can have people just add days they can as new options so you do not list all for now.
