Group working sessions (Core Team mainly)

It would be great if we could quickly agree to this - then I can make arrangements.
Also, what questions should we consider?
If we each put questions here, we could experiment with Loomio's voting (dot voting might be a way to prioritise).

Yes, I think it's a great idea. On thursday 10th, I'd like to look at the work plan in more detail, including costings, so that I have some clear figures for the Lottery on the 29th. Plus we could talk about topics / people to invite for future sessions. Plus recruitment. We can get 'big story' stuff in as well if you like, but I don't think we need much time on that do we? we know where we're all coming from?

I agree with Dave, let's get this booked in and spend time working on practical steps and progressing the work plan and numbers. I don't think we need facilitation for that, but it might be useful for future meetings involving more than just us 3...

Oli, Dave,
We discussed the idea of group work sessions each month. I suggested that we run these a fortnight away from the FiL days, and that they might be afternoon sessions with informal evening follow-ons as practical.
The idea would be for the core team plus one or two particular domain experts to focus around a few specific questions that we have identified as needing increased clarity/resolution - we'd probably try to choose the domain for sessions (and thus the experts to invite) a month or so in advance (as opposed to setting a fixed timetable now).
The first of these would be Thursday 10th (if we can all make that date).
I suggest that the topic would be the big questions around why we are doing this, our 'big story' / mission statement, our own personal versions of this, a clear definition of the project scope, this sort of thing - exact questions to be chosen by us.
I am hoping that we can get someone to facilitate this (bit short notice) - to keep us focused and make sure we cover the questions we want to address (I'm trying to get in touch with Polly at Space4 about this - any other ideas?).
