Tension driving this proposal: We have a new workshop coming up and would like to encourage people to sign up early, and to share news about the workshop on social media. Last year we offered a 25% discount.
What discount should we offer?
Should the discount be the same for early bird and social media sharing?
Why: We need to know how many people are joining the workshop to prepare accordingly.

I can see the higher discount might help encourage more people to sign up early and share via social media, however I'm concerned about the impact on revenue for the workshop?
