Volunteer Categories
In loomio we approved the following proposal:
To create 'categories' of volunteers based on the hours given to wmw. The purpose of this is to a) give credit where credit is due, and b) allow for potential volunteer recruits to understand where they could fit in time-wise.
what about: Coordinator (at least 3 hours/week), volunteer (at least 2 hours/week) collaborator (one hour or less a week)?

i think that those are adequate hourly breakdowns... with the caveat that we let them know the week before and week of is often a fair chunk more than that. :)

I agree, but we need to figure out a good way to track the time actually given. We all have good intentions, but the reality is sometimes different.

I really like this, and I have an idea on how to use Google spreadsheet to track hours. It would require someone to remember to submit their time, but then that makes it squarely that person's responsibility.
