Justification:
When summer comes, it's very usual that some people come to the office wearing flip-flops and sport wear. I'm opening this proposal to establish some guidelines for summer. I think that we should maintain a proper image despite the weather:
The summer dressing guideline I propose is as follow:
- Dressing light clothes, short sleeve, sandals, shorts but in no case sport clothes and flip-flops.

1st point: Considering most of our client meetings happen online and our feet aren't seen by the clients, I don't see the need for a footwear rule. 2nd point: What do you define as sports clothes? Not all sportswear is scruffy — it can be smart.
