Hi All,
Timaru Bike Polo Incorporated (TBP) is submitting this formal bid to the Australasian Hardcourt Bike Polo Association (AHBPA) to host the 2018 Australasian Hardcourt Bike Polo Championships.

No issue with dates however understand where people are coming from! But leads onto the next question by moving to June/July then we have the problem of weather! Wouldn't it then be better to push out further to spring summer time? Say Sept/November? As there is no bid for world's yet we aren't time restricted!

Timaru's proposal is accepted. They will host the 2018 Australasian Championship on 20-22 October 2018.
The AHBPA accepts Timaru's proposal to host the Australasian Hardcourt Bike Polo Championship on 20-22 Oct 2018.
Voting options:
Agree - accept Timaru's proposal as is (noting the date change from the original proposal)
Disagree - reject Timaru's proposal - no AHBPC will be held in 2018
Abstain - an active decision to allow others to decide
Veto (Block) - if a club chooses to veto they should explain why because it may prevent a decision.
Failure to achieve quorum will indicate the community does not want an AHBPC in 2018.

Longreach are still not a 'real' club but Maddy and I will head to Timaru, so are abstaining as a neutral vote. Woooo polo!

HBP would prefer to see Timaru host than no one, not sure if we will send a team though
