It means that people don't SPEND enough TIME and ATTENTION to make CHANGE occur.

The world currently is the way it is or "HOW IT IS" because MOST people do NOT care enough to change it through their ACTIONS.

Thus most people are conforming to: Which is SPENDING TIME and ATTENTION ON man-made law, this is called OBEDIENCE.

What do you think of the golden rules? such as, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

It's a man-made rule, but it's great, isn't it?

It is NOT a MAN-MADE rule BECAUSE it relates to: What you SOW you REAP.

What you do to someone will reflect upon you morally as GUILT.

You cannot escape Natural Law.

How can you distinguish MAN-MADE rules from NATURAL LAW?

We ask to some people about tax.

So they are paying.
If the government will make new rule about more tax then they might noes and it might stop.
But how do they will stop tax and how do they are not a fall?

It is easy to distinguish Made-made law from Natural law. Any law Man-made is not Natural

Man-made law requires belief, but Natural law does not, Man-made law can be changed but Natural law cannot be.

Whether one believes in Natural law or not they exist.

You can put this to the test "jump of a cliff" and see what happens! ALTHOUGH I would not recommend that you actually do it, because according to NATURAL LAW such as GRAVITY, you will fall.
