Induction and coaching for financial processes

LM Lyb Makin Public Seen by 26

A couple of questions about current procedures: How do new staff / members learn about Jeder's financial processes, and how do they get their info uploaded into out systems? Is this currently being done well (i.e. effectively and making good use of everyone's time)? If not, how could it be done well?

How long is someone coached for? And is CoSsie coaching and Jeder Coaching 2 different things? i was coached for 12 months- as in i had a person i could go to with questions regarding Jeder processes for 12 months, it was my understanding from the membership document that this was general practice- Is this the case?

Not sure how long someone is coached...it isn't stipulated but coaches should/could check in once per month to see how the person is going.

In terms of the caching period, I think (from memory) it is a 12 month process like Sara said, but there may be exceptions to this (I will need to have a look at the membership handbook and also COSSIE handbook to refresh my memory).
I have raised in our coaching conversations that its not just being coached around a particular role or area of Jeder (i.e. Cossie's or CoBu) but rather to include things like organisational philosophy (next stage, teal, pillars etc), understanding all the areas of Jeder (and how they can be blended together and work can be shared in both areas), contributing to building our learning and share this within the wider next stage/teal/self managing community.
Its also an opportunity to explore how the values of the individual members are matching with (congruent) with the philosophy/pillars of the organisation and contributions made throughout that period. I know it can be quite overwhelming at the start of entering/being invited to join Jeder (with heaps to learn and also different ways of working- that in my mind are absolutely better than traditional structured organisations/bureaucracies), but its important we have the right people at the right time doing the right thing to maintain such a high reputation presence in Australia and globally. I think I have turned this into a bit of a membership jedi brain dump, but things to think about in terms of coaching.

I've added it to the Gathering flow for now...
