SCHADS Award Decision Tree- feedback welcome

Hi everyone,

A few people have worked on this document over the last few months- I want to thank them all for their contribution to this document.

This document is designed to help you, as a member, understand the SCHADS award and how Jeder operate (Next Stage/Teal Organisation). We know it is sometimes a bit confusing and challenging to understand all the details of the award and conditions/obligations, but this should help (especially pointing you in the direction to get more help if you have any unresolved questions/concerns).

Thanks Jason. Should we add something around recording Jedi contribution, team meetings etc to make it clear how it is covered by our classes and SCHADS.
