Tools and stacks - And contra-infrastructure
About time - there's a groundswell of concern with contra-infrastructure(ing) in resistance to the de facto digital coup on the internet and the web. Testing here some drafts around tools and stacks, as concepts to deploy in contra-infrastructuring, in support of activist formations in civil society and in the real economy. 'The commons' is basic. Coops make an appearance too.

These links are good. :D
Have you come across the ResilienceMaps SCIM approach?
Simple Critical Infrastructure Maps aimed at blocking the 6 most common causes of death, apart from old age. :D

It uses a Similar-But-Different Stack to the "Real Full Stack" in your first link, but also works as one of the maps mentioned in your second link. :D
Yes, it's very specific, but it's a good baseline to work from. :D
