I don't see what we need it for. Its a bunch of volunteers trying their hardest. If it didn't work, damn, and someone else can try next year

only they can't in the current system, once someone has taken a core team role it appears they can keep total control over that area until they choose to step down and do whatever they want, even if many people don't like it.

Hi Tom, sorry if i didn't make it clear from the many FB posts I've made but EVERY role is up for grabs, with even the incumbent having to apply.
