Printing Indian Pirates T Shirts

We have visited a printing shop in Kochi to ask about cost of printing T Shirts with Indian Pirates logo.
Good quality cloth + two colors + 50 numbers ~ 400, it comes to 450 if only 25 numbers and 550 if 10 numbers. 100 less for each if another/lower quality t shirts.
We are planning to print some anyway, even at the higher cost. It would be nice if more people order so we get a better price.

i'm neutral to the idea of printing t-shirts at this moment. what i actually think is that, first Indian Pirates should involve with public as someone from inside. promotional materials are secondary.
Well, this thread is not for collecting ideas, we are printing some t shirts and asking if anyone else wants it too.
As for what is best, no one is stopping anyone to propose and execute any activity. Just saying we should do this first, we should do that first, we are not doing anything, won't make it happen magically :)

agreed, i have neither proposed nor participated in any offline programs yet, but i hope that doesn't prevent me from stating my opinion. anyway let me take it in the right sense and plan some serious programs.
