Resolution endorsement voting

As proposed resolutions for the February NDP convention are rolling in from members, they will be added here for endorsement voting. Resolutions are due on Friday, December 1, at which point invitations to join this Loomio group will be emailed to membership. A ranked vote will also be added at that point, asking members to rank the resolutions in terms of how they see them best prioritized.
