Issue with installing (setting up db)

This sounds familiar, and if it's what I think it is, I'd meant to get round to reporting it. The instructions aren't all that clear about the order things need to be done in.

I think the following is correct - it's been a few weeks since I thought about it, and I haven't gone back through the process to check it.

When working through the [Install-Dokku ])https://github.com/loomio/loomio/wiki/Install-Dokku) page, you get to a point where it says to go off and install postgres and return when you are done. In fact things don't quite flow like that, because the rake command on the Install-PostgreSQ page needs to run inside a container which doesn't yet exist.

The container will be created when you run your git push, so run the rake command after that.
