Can we continue the conversations from IDEC 2015 digitally?

We had so many great conversations, and some very interesting ideas being thrown around. But in just about every one of my sessions the group was pressed for time, and I couldn't help but feel many valuable contributions didn't get said, and didn't get heard.

I'm also a bit concerned of conferences turning into talking shops; lots of enthusiasm, lots of ideas, and all of which fails to manifest into physical action.

Can we overcome these problems by having a digital place to continue the conversation? If so, what should the forum be? Can we get it started before the end of IDEC 2015?
