This subgroup is fully transparent to the public not just the working group members and the members of this subgroup.

One potential role is conflict resolution of issues arising in the working group as empower by that working group. One possibility to allow issues escalated that have some critical number of blocks on the vote. What that criteria will be is to be decided outside this group.

A second potential role is assuming some fiscal responsibility where legal issues make the handling of such matters beyond the scope of what can reasonably be handeled currently by the wider group. There is a sentiment in the group to defer to the wider group whenever possible but there needs to be highly trusted subgroup that prevents illegal or risky fiscal action by the general community.

A third potential role may be to control the distribution of AMPs to community members working for the benefit of synereo. A smaller group can handle this more effectively and not overwhelm the general community with voting on the day to day details and issues of AMP distribution. This does not preclude issues of AMP distribution being raised in the general community. As this group activity is transparent issues about any decision made here can be raised in the general community. AMP distribution will largely be controlled on taiga this subgoup may be charged with the resolution of any issues..
