Visible: creative expression proposal

VISIBLE

Making the invisible, visible.

 Background – the ‘why’:

Supporting people to find their own creative expression.

The expression of emotion is incredibly important for the wellbeing of humans. After all, emotions are energy and energy needs a place to go. Being creative has long been a valuable way for people to put their emotional energy into something healthy and healing; dance, art, music, sports, writing etc. Creative therapies create a sense of belonging, but unfortunately, some people may not have found a healthy place for that energy to go. They might be afraid to be creative, or perhaps they believe they are not a creative person. Is there a way that we can harness this energy and support individuals to discover, hone and pursue their own creative expression?

Fostering this could be good for Jeder as an organization and as change-makers; we create and nurture ourselves and our creativity.

Love the idea, it would be great added to the gathering time, when things are all back to face to face. Sorry I can't be involved at this time, hopefully soon

Unfortunately I am an apology :-( Looks like a whole lot of fun (with a bit of seriousness). Looking forward to seeing what emerges.
