"I'm 20 years old. A high school graduate from suwanee. I've been in the job market for several months but after my experiences working with burger king and ace hardware I've been hesitant to take just any job. I've also recently become a socialist and have made a few like minded friends who have told me to look into local co-ops. I had figured that Georgia probably didn't have any that I could commute to regularly and that my lack of experience would make it difficult to be accepted somewhere with such sought after working conditions but I just discovered this co-op and have read about the staff and history and would absolutely love to be part of the team." - Jared Martinez

Jared Martinez joins Pecan Milk Co-op, as a probationary member-owner with management authority.

When Jared Martinez earns $1,450 in equity of Pecan Milk Cooperative, he will be eligible for new vote on his permanent ownership as a manager-owner with governance authority, pending democratic approval of the members of the Cooperative, in alignment with the Pecan Milk Co-op operating agreement.
