Suggestions federal petition basic income

I've drafted a text for a petition to the federal Chamber of Representatives (in Dutch and English). The first idea i posted here earlier (forming an action group and collecting paper and scanned signatures), seems unfeasible due to a lack of volunteers. Therefore i'm considering an online petition with the eID.

After reading the draft, do you have any suggestions or contributions?
