Short term plan for Pirates

I plan to visit as many associates as possible in the coming months. Aim is to spend time with them and build a relationship. I think this is an important step to build trust among us. If you have at least one more associate nearby (say within 4 hours travel), try and meet them every month, it can just be watching a good movie/documentary or cooking/eating together. If you think this is a good idea, start making plans to meet other associates.
