What if we amended the business structure?

By adding in a labor union for the worker-owners!

They'll reach decisions together on short-term day-to-day management decisions and ensure the democracy is sound in the workplace.

Then, we could give the permanent owners that make long-term year-to-year governance decisions opportunities to join multiple democratic councils: the Council of Branding, the Council of Finance, the Council on Secretaries of State (Bylaws and Operating Agreement) and the Council on Suppliers and Facilities.

The governance owners and the management owners will democratically come to a Collective Bargaining Agreement to define the details.
