Thanks Griff, yes ranked choice is easier, I used poll instead of dot poll by mistake, although I can't add new choices within this new ranked choice poll. I think the poll can be edited to allow that option.

These are pretty weak issues.... they seem like features or low impact issues, I want those auto matrix rooms for sure! But RJ should only do it if he really wants to do it... and it probably needs a more thought out design... otherwise we have quite the backlog to work on all of which is more about fixing real core bugs

Whatever brings the most functionality to the Dapp. Big rocks first go first, pebbles and sand fill in the space around them :)

only the top 3 seem errors that need to be fixed, the rest are not a prio at all to me so ordered randomly. Creating a matrix room is for sure the very last one for me. For now we're small enough to do this ourselves & there is no flow proposed for this.

Many great features(!) here. I did think a matrix feature was too crazy in the beginning (it is!), but also really interesting. Given that RJ has some practical experience with Riot I am pretty sure if somebody could pull it off, it would be him. Now if you throw bridging into the mix it gets really interesting. We could start by optionally setting a room that is already there in campaign settings and let conversation display in the DApp?

Not particularly considered but I'd assume getting donations out is the priority so thats number one. Then the things I think are handy but I'm not dogmatic about them and should really defer given my familiarity with the Dapp!
