I think that getting the views of folks who find accessibly and inclusion a challenge would be real useful. So this is great, maybe having chats with folks in person too.

Also it might be good to have some propaganda - I feel like we should probably do this for all the principles. Not just having education at gate but throughout the event.

Regarding Access:
- Audio or video descriptions for keep points of information - be this the survival guide or the what where when.
- Thinking about accessibility or site - installing grass covers for some areas to make wheelchairs easier - maybe thinking more strategically about the promenade as a project and accessibility thing.

it is too big of a Question to start with? Oh well there’s no going back now!!!
I really interested in what you’ve said about having a discussion for the other principles and bringing them onto loomio as well like decommodification - are we decommodified enough?

I agreed installing grass cover - I will take that as action point to core team to see if there is budget to cover the cost of we decided to action that this year-

Awesome!

For the other principles and educational material. The embaressy do gate, inclusion and theme camps, so education of this sort might be under our responsibility. It might already be considered a comms thing, do we need to check?

Decomodification is a really good point. We should think about this for sure - I can think of car brands as one example, I know in BM that people cover up brand logos and symbols. Is there anywhere else you notice the impact?

Regarding the promenade - I think it would be awesome to have something cooler and more burnery than a usual grass cover. If there is money for grass covering then maybe we could speak to arts too and see if we can create some sort of grant from both of us to create an artsy grass covered promonad! :-)
It would be really cool if this was made of wood or was cooley decorated rather than just being a standard festival grass cover running through the middle of the site.
