Sink
I met with Gary Livsey from the Union on 25/10 and he responded very enthusiastically to the request for a sink, although he pointed out that work could not start in the immediate future.
I asked for an update on 01/12 and received the response:
"I have not managed to sort out arrangements but will look to install early in the new year."

I did not dwell too much on the health and safety issues because I feared the Coop being shut down there and then for breach of food hygiene rules!

The delay to the long-awaited sink if frustrating, which I can only imagine due to the fact that the major works have priority and are ongoing.
I have sent the following message to Gary Livsey:
"As we approach the end of this academic year, could we get an update on how the installation of the sink will fit into the timetable of works underway?"

If we see that we don´t have an answer soon we can try to push a little bit using Health&Safety reasons to request the sink. Maybe we can also talk to our Activities Officer in the Union (as a society we have one... it used to be Kay Morrison but no idea if she is still)
