We agreed that before the paper goes out our next meeting we want a serious 4-hour (with breaks) visioning and structure meeting attended by at least ¾ of EB to lay out a plan for the next 6 months in accordance with the conference mandates, especially ensuring the representation of Liberation groups & voices in struggle in the paper.
Could people fill in the doodle poll so that we can get on with deciding a date?

Sorry I only thought two weeks notice would be two short notice for people to be able to attend. Once we have agreed this booked the room we could find ourselves advertisng a event that is in less than a weeks time. Further if we do it after the 14th it means we can advertise it in the paper.

What time will it be? I'll probably be in Pride until at least mid afternoon and I really want to attend the full meeting if possible.

oh shit clash with pride! that doesn't sound very good its. the planned time. I m really not sure we can go ahead on if it Clashes with Pride not the best for LGBTQ members.

None of us noticed Pride it Saturday 24th - Not a good time for LGBTQ members to attend. What do people think of moving it to the Monday to avoid clashing with Pride?

I'm away in scotland for two weeks so I was just wondering why are there no selections between the 1st and 14th of may?
Surely the paper will go out before the meeting? do you mean after the paper goes out?
