The Borderland is the Scandinavian burn that takes place in Denmark. They appear to be the most transparent and democratic of the regional network with little, almost complete transparency and members are empowered to make most if not all decisions in some way. Their website is here.

The Scandinavian burn, The Borderland website is here https://talk.theborderland.se/main/ but the material that pertains to the business end of things can be seen here. I believe their model is one of the most open and transparent with members empowered to make take responsibility for or make proposals about almost every aspect of the burn through a web based system. When members want to "get shit done" but they are not sure about an idea they use the Advice Process, but the proponent ultimately makes the final decision and is therefore accountable after taking all the advice in a public forum. They have a platform called the Realities Platform which is like an open book of operational decisions. The Governance info can be read here. Their allocation of grant money for creative projects is another open source process called the Dreams process.
