Shall we let Americore volunteers use CBC bikes this summer?
Schedule a time for them to come out and fix bikes for themselves to use at no charge, providing they return the bikes in usable condition.

We will have 11 AmeriCorps folks coming--6 women and 5 men. They will be here the first week in June, and stay until July 12. Could we schedule a time for the group the week of June 10 to come in and get set up with bikes?

"get set up with bikes" needs more clarity the reasons Robert said. If the idea is to simply fix up bikes and outfit them, we need to make sure we have the capacity. If they're to come out & work on them, they need to understand their obligation.

last year they all came on my shift. i was the only manager that day. there was like ten kids picking out bikes and asking me "could i have the bikes fixed in one hour". i told them they had to fix their own bikes. none had much experience. it was very hecktic. also they refused to sign waivers to use tools. they said it was an Americore policy never to sign anything. if they come this year i would prefer they give alot of advanced notice what day so other volunteers could come to help
