Minutes from our meeting March 8th
Present: Tina S. Eileen G. Tom K.
· Service prayer
· Unanimous vote that the current versions of the two presentations that were reviewed and emailed is ready for the Fellowship. The change in the PR slide concerning the EIN was specifically reviewed. Tom to send them to the WSZF website.
· Discussion on how to present and make plans to present.
Two types of events: 1) hosted by the Zonal task force at a date picked by the Zone, 2) Hosted by the Region/Area that would like to have the presentations at a date of their choosing (assuming the presenters are available.
Probably better to hold both PR and H&I presentations in the same event
Record the entire Zonal hosted event including Q&A for those that can't attend but keep that carefully controlled and available only on request.
Also Record a "faceless" presentation separately that can be sent out
When we have a presentation, set aside some time for "meet & greet". To have the audience to tell the presenters what their problems are.
· Open forum discussion on how we can invite people.
· Discuss a Service inventory - shelved until Meg can attend.
· Next meeting scheduled for Tuesday March 29, 5 pm Pacific, 6 pm Mountain
