I think the keynote speaker should be a staff member. He/she could speak to the real applications related to professional collaboration and their classroom use for 21st century learning.

I agree with Rich G. The second video was shorter and bit more succinct, which may be easier for people to digest. The first video goes into a deeper look and gives more information, which people may feel more apt to comprehend after more information.

I agree with others in the room that both videos really capture what we are trying to bring into the district: the importance of technology in the culture of our schools. I think it would be great if we could break up the first two videos with a small verbal statement in between. They are energizing, motivating, and show what world our students will be living in.
