Open-Mandriva QA Statement

The following statement is proposed to convey the quality aspirations of the Open-Mandriva distribution.

QA Statement

"The Open Mandriva Association has a commitment to create and distribute an Open Source distribution of the highest quality. To achieve this requires that all contributors at every level of expertise acknowledge, comply with and implement to the best if their ability the
quality standards laid down for the distribution.
High levels of quality can only be aspired to if ALL those that work within or use the distribution are united by a unified vision of what can be achieved.
Thus everyone from the highly skilled developer down to the first time installer of the distribution is included in the process and will reap the rewards of excellence.
