Jeder handbook attached. membership information is on page 6, yes it is covered in the induction, yes there is an overwhelm of information when first starting in Jeder and many things need to be reviewed through the coaching process. This is one of the reasons we do not think it is wise to allow new Jeder members to come in without coaching anymore. Not sure who else is coaching who, Jason, Ray and I do NDIS coaching and we do our best to cover all Jeder processes. We have not worked out anything on Jeder (next stage org, evolutionary purpose and pillars) coaching and we would also need to think about and discuss renumeration for time for coaching, I think. Kerry has made a start on a policy and process for business planning and budgeting, please check the backend of the website, there are a whole bunch of policies, this may be covered and just need reviewing.

If we have one on the 24th July at 6.30pm, I think that would count us all out in Canada as it will be around 8.30am and we will more than likely be facilitating training.

I can join, but understand if it is difficult for the Canada crew...(Mind you, 830am is a cracker of a time to facilitate training!)

@kerry63 Are you able to point me in the direction of the document we discussed on the zoom about "allowable expenses"? I cannot seem to see a thread within this Jedi around it. The threads I can see are Next Zoom...., salary sacrifice, Cossie $, $Decision Making, $Jedi Communication/process, 15% contribution, Admin Budget, Payrun and Surplus Admin. Not sure if I'm missing any threads (think I am getting better at navigating through Loomio).

Hi @kerry63 not sure where I was to post a general comment/request, but thought the best spot was here. We had a COSSIE $ meeting today (to touch base and tidy up any loose ends- we will not be having any more COSSIE $ meetings as it will be captured in the Coaches meetings from now on) and it was raised to start to develop a Finance Handbook for Jeder (which can then be referenced back into the COSSIE and Membership handbooks). Are we able to make a proposal to the $Jedi to see what energy is there to start to develop it. From my understanding of Loomio, it would start as a new thread under the $Jedi- is this correct?

Hi jason-this is what we are working towards in the Jedi-you may have heard reference to the 'Piggybank Playbook'? I think the threads that have come out are the headers for the handbook. I have done a draft admin budget policy/procedure and have intention of starting the handbook this week (just got distracted putting a new roof on and building a greenhouse). Do you have any updates on the Cossie space re $ processes that need to be included?
Maybe we could start a thread to ask what needs to be included in the handbook. I will also start another one for Q and A in general.

Thanks Kerry- geeze busy times at your place- new roof and green house.... once your finished you are more than welcome to come to mine and supervise the reno's/insurance work that will be happening in the next few weeks (new bathroom, laundry, floors, fixing kitchen etc etc- almost a complete new reno inside).
Yes I did see the Piggy Bank Playbook in the harvest- it now makes sense. I have been looking at a few things over the past few days- there are quite a few Policies on the back end of the website that may also be included/referenced in the Piggy Bank Playbook- do you have these or the password for the back end of the website? Lets have a chat at the next $Jedi Zoom especially around some of the COSSIE $ processes.

Yes, we are using the Jeder Zoom account, but its a different number (not sure if that makes any difference).
