Sylvia and I think to schedule the CSA StartUp team meetings once a month on the 1st Saturday at Go Eco (if its available) or another venue if it's not available. What do you think about this day? We are suggesting 3-5:30pm (trying to keep to 2 hours). We suggest to use Loomio for discussions and decisions in between meetings.

In the beginning, meeting face to face to keep the momentum will be beneficial. I like the idea of less on my computer and more real time.

If we could start a bit earlier say 1.30 -2pm on a Saturday would be better, but if not that's ok

I could do this but I would also be open to a later time so as not to cut short a Saturday outing.

Like using Loomio for inbetween discussions/decisions. Saturday not preferred day during spring (helping with calving on weekends) however I can make it work. :)

Benadicta has indicated an interest to be on the start-up team. She is a past Shama participant which is the organisation I work with. I would appreciate her viewpoint having come from doing farming in India organically with her family and being a migrant perhaps she would benefit from the closer connection to people and place by being on this team.
