Sustainability Jam

JDF Jules Dutch Fitzsimons Public Seen by 55

Hi folks!

Would anyone be interested in co-running & hosting a 'service jam' in Fumbally over the weekend of 21-23rd Nov?

I'd like to help run one but I dont have much domain knowledge/experience of design jams; I'd be happy to help run and organise it tho, as it looks like great fun.

They have some info about what Jams are & why to do them on their website:

http://planet.globalsustainabilityjam.org/content/whats-jam

"Hosting a Jam is a great opportunity to build a community of people interested in a design-based approach to working, creativity and problem solving. It's a terrific way to both learn and teach, to build awareness, and to meet amazing people. It's a way to grow, to share, and to have a great time"

Exchange hosted a Jam in 2011, let us know if you're interested in helping run another

well we have a space & we will likely have people who can participate

i think the key thing is people who can lead working groups and discussions

its very hard to find out wtf a service jam is, but there are people who know & tell me its great, so finding those people is important!

what do your friends like to do @katerinipapakat ?
