Very late in the day! But I just took the liberty of moving/copying this conversation to Loomio as per Leon's suggestion (does seem to make sense as it is an actionable decision and this will give us a record of the process - a process which ChangeTheFuture is trying to be a model example of)

Good point Alex. I am new as can be to Loomio so I'm not sure entirely.
It's something that I'd like to bring to the discussion.
I would like to propose this after the AOH event has passed so as not to cause further confusion of reimbursal. Although if you think it's urgent enough to be immediate then I can discuss that.
I like the options. It's exactly things like this that remind how useful time and other humans are to decision making.
