I would like us to have a working group to produce a draft plan by the end of December. Let me know if you would like to be involved.

Thank you for your work on driving this Michelle. This is important and its good to know that Jeder values reconciliation and is doing something about it. Do we know what sort of a RAP Jeder will develop? Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, Elevate? I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday 6th Jan at 11am. :)

Hi Fellow RAPpers, Time has got away from me. Dee and I head to the UK very early Monday morning so if you don't mind we will have our next meeting when I get back. As part of the process we are asking that everyone complete the reflective exercise included in the document attached. Even if you're not part of the RAP team we'd love your reflection. 🙂
