WEBSITE & DATABASE REPORT FOR IC MEETING TUESDAY 28/10/14

Since the date of the last IC meeting held on the 10/10/14, the following has occurred:

1). NO "Volunteer Submissions" since last IC meeting.

2). 1x "Contact Us" Submission since last IC meeting, from a TERRY BOYS on the 22/10/14 and PAUL responded to this on the 26/10/14.

3). There has been 2 new "Party Membership Application" forms from a "Rhys Llewellyn Ambler" from NSW, and a "Joshua Weckert" from South Australia.
* Berge - HAS approved Joshua.
what about rhys?

4). The Website Statistics graph shows that the number of "Page Views" has fallen from 376 on the 15/10/14 to 294 on the 26/10/14.

5). The list of staff that have access to the WEBSITE DATA are:

AND the staff that have access to the EMAIL MARKETER DATABASE are:

6). Perhaps we need to change the current default email for Email marketer public enquiries or newsletter subscriptions from Berge's email - to the email address of the Public Relations Delegate?

7). Email Marketer's time settings are 9 hours behind Australian time - can we change this? Who can we ask about this?

8). I have worked out that the Newsletter subscription form on the Website goes automatically straight into the Email Marketer Database. However my question regarding whether people wanted to sign up to the newsletter on the "Party Membership Application" form (http://www.senatoronline.org.au/party-membership-application-form.html) was NOT going straight into Email Marketer - so I have since deleted that question.

9). There is a TOTAL of 460 Newsletter Subscribers, 31 of which subscribed in 2014. TOM WHY IS THIS FIGURE DIFFERENT FROM THE 448 NOW LISTED?

10). I need to go through the 28-38 Party Membership forms submitted since the 20/8/14 on the "Get Online" database and manually workout which ones said YES to wanting a Newsletter Subscription and then forward them onto Tom to enter into the Email Marketer database. BUT Tom MUST remember to ONLY add them into the NEWSLETTER Contact list. (I have emailed this list to Tom Oliveri today Tuesday 21/10/14).

11). Tom Oliveri is ready to send the FIRST Email Campaign through Email Marketer. This is a copy of the email he will be sending:

Many new developments have occurred within the Party this year. For the first time we have a fully democratic and well-functioning Internal Party Structure. We have a core group of staff called "Core Staff & Delegates" (CSD). The Core Staff & Delegates group meet fortnightly via Video Conferencing and minutes of every meeting are recorded. There is currently 10 members of the CSD. A policy document has been drafted regarding admission rules to the CSD. That policy document can be found on Loomio here:

Please note - we only use Loomio for Internal Party decisions and discussions - its not the voting software that we necessarily intend to use for our own voting app when we get a seat in Parliament (most likely a Senate seat in 2016).
