Types of units: Rental or Ownership?
If the town were to encourage greater housing diversity, would you like to see the focus be on rental units or units to own? Why?

Rental units should be top priority in the short term, affordable ownership is also an issue long term

I would prefer a focus on rental units as that presents the greater need to the most people in my opinion.
