Should we have a page for whistleblowers?

How many people know how to whistleblow in New Zealand. Perhaps we should have a page on the site with instructions?

I am getting emails every single day from people who are being targeted by NZ spy agencies. I would really appreciate any ideas on how to help them.

A page that at first links to this and then, with appropriate disclaimer, shows some of the things you must do to stay safe (eg; printer codes, TOR, etc....) and a link to Wikileaks.

Once @ipjobooth and team have the Goodies page up this might be an idea - much like our policies page - a resources section of links to or short primers on how to be and do the #InternetPartyPeople thing - things like how to disclose things responsibly (and whistleblow), how to secure yourself, how to live this digital life the best way.

I think it is a part of the Anti-spy bill that we provide support to foreign Whistle-blowers. Perhaps to begin development we can advise what and how to Whistle-blow.
