thanks Emma... i will delete the group now... we can always create another one when we have the time to organize local events in the future. Although it looks like local events will be now held in G+... but anyway we will create it when we need it.

@rickyj can you delete the group Ricky? even though both Emma and i are admins i can't workout how to delete it... FB says only the groups creator can delete it...

Organising local events is made very easy through Facebook and or Google Plus. Anyone that is avoiding this technology is actually just making things harder for themselves.
