This is the most useful geographical area to us working at the DHB. Domiciles are fundamental geographical areas for the health sector, available for national data collections such as National Minimum Dataset. The DHBs are defined by the domiciles related to area units. We will then undertake analysis by linking patient data (numerator based on domiciles) with the population data (denominator).
