I don't see how a very specific topic for the next GA needs to be in a permanent assembly subcategory? The permanent assembly currently has no legitimacy anyway. (Which we should do in some form or another) For a simple straight forward questions like this the three level system is just a needless complication. The only purpose is to confirm the de-facto state we are in currently anyway.

I understand your point, but I think the idea is to go further than a simple agreement vote. In the case where we would agree on removing the Coreteam from the statutes, then we would need to discuss which articles need to be removed or changed. We cannot just vote and see what happens ^'

Yeah but the point is that if we don't have a simple decision as a starting point, there really is no reason to do all the work needed to achieve this goal. You want to first put billions in developing a rocket and then decide to go to the moon or not?

Also the LVL stuff is just a bit confusing...
