Time Limit on Comment Deletion

Do we want to put a time limit of people's ability to delete their own comments from a thread? Options:

  • No time limit (status quo)
  • A comment can be deleted only until the next comment is posted
  • A comment can be deleted only after a time limit has expired (eg 5mins)

As @josefdaviescoates pointed out in the 'Edit Comment' discussion, the unlimited ability to delete comments has similar to potential to break the record of deliberations. I think the ability for a user to delete their own comments should expire either:
a) when the next comment is posted
OR
b) after a time limit has expired (eg 5mins)
