Are there new and more productive ways to deal with conflict than war?
Doing the same thing and getting the same results.... Non resolved human conflict. Maybe we take a dramatic and revolutionary step to not fire rockets? As intelligent beings find creative solutions? The British parliament voting not to go into Syria possibly marks the beginning of this change. Am I being naive?

Never as an aid to another country, or as an offensive, where we are attacking. Period.

If that involves intelligence and a single precise missile, so be it. Or is that easier said than done?

Kill the cause. Send in the SAS to take out or capture the president and his supporters? The SAS had Saddham in their sites in Golf War 1 and were ordered not to terminate him. Break rules if necessary.
