Hi Aleks, Thanks for taking this initiative. Most of you are aware I have decided to retire so it would be appreciated if someone could step up to the committee. A fortnightly review of the Incident and Risk Registers is a task that Vic & I have been doing. It usually only takes 15 minutes a fortnight.

Thanks Marg, You've been an amazing asset to the Risk Jedi for 'years' 馃檪. We're going to miss you.

Thanks @Aleks Jovanovic ... raises quite a few questions for us as a Teal/Next Stage Organisation. We all have responsibilities to uphold (as always in my mind)- it would be interesting to hear what everyone's thoughts on what our responsibilities are (either individually and as a collective) and then what we do about those responsibilities (our systems/processes). Thoughts?

how good would it be if the risk register was a rotating roster or 'shared' role - as an opportunity to explore / develop or learn what our responsibilities are??
