Hey team, two of our newest residents wanted to get involved right away and have spent some time putting together a proposal for a new committee/collective: the outreach collective.
They would love for the membership to review and discuss their proposal and let them know next steps. Would you all have time to review in the next week?

I enabled comments on the google doc - the deadline to review is by next week to give people a few week to review!
