PB plan B Public Seen by 351

The proposal is to have one of the Directors, each time different, in our monthly ML conf-call; this way they can update the ML Committee on what their team is doing.

Hi guys,
As mentioned in our call yesterday, we must decide whether we want, or not, one Director in each of our monthly call, to get updates on their team as well.

vote please, thanks :-)

I fully support them being on the call, what I don't want is them to become a rotating person sitting in the ML meeting influencing how / what we do. I would like clearer guidelines on what they will do and not do. Remember that this is nothing to do with now, but what happens in 2 or 3 years from now when people change. :ok:

I do not necessarily disagree, but do not really agree as well. Unfortunately I have experience from other committees where such presence is hindering the talk, processes and decisions, because people no matter how they try, they start censoring their behaviour.
