  • Everyone is enouraged to suggest amendments
  • A member may propose amendments or sponsor amendments suggested by others.
  • An amendment is passed by consensus (no objections) among members.

By "a member", you mean associates as well right?.. If so, pl change it to associate instead of "a member".

So this basically means even associates can suggest amendments but only members(permanent) will be allowed to change it right?

@arjun from now on member always mean permanent member. Only permanent members can propose amendments, others can suggest amendments (ie, a permanent member has to take up that suggestion as amendment, we can call that "sponsored" amendment - same term is used in debian when a member does something on behalf of others)

@praveenarimbrathod understood.. Had another doubt.. What does "no objection" mean here?..

Does it mean a DISAGREE vote or a BLOCK vote?..
