Adding people to groups / xxx will be added to the group after they set up a Loomio account

Is there an easy way to add people to groups from admin?
Also, I have had several people request access to a group which I grant them and then see the following message:
Person Name will be added to the group after they set up a Loomio account.
I see one of these people did have an account already using the same email - so not sure why that message showed.

Currently, no you can't configure membership from admin. @robertguthrie do you think it would make sense if someone wanted to extend /admin/groups to expose the add_member functionality?
Regarding the second question, I may be wrong but I think if someone asks to join a group using the logged-out form, you'll see that message even if they already have an account.
