This motion has passed, sorry I keep forgetting to vote when I make a new motion.
We are scheduled for a f2f meeting on Tuesday July 18th.
The workshop day provides the most availability of board members. There is one commitment to an afternoon workshop.
Proposal is to meeting:
- Morning of July 18th - morning workshop slot
- Evening of July 18th - after workshops

I would prefer an evening slot for July 18th, since I will probably fly in during the morning

I'm not sure whether I can attend the morning meeting on 18th July since I'll arrive at Paris very late night on 17th. I'll quite surely attend the evening meeting on that day.

July 18 works fine for me. Maybe we can also consider another 2 hour back-up slot on July 21 (Fri) or July 22 (Sat). July 20 is the conference dinner.
