@thedentist As I clarified earlier, the only reason points 5 and 6 are in here is because Blaise and Praveen insist that the Pirate Party MUST be non-violent and everybody MUST be Gandhian.

I would have discussed it peacefully(!) on the other sub-group (but they made it a pre-condition that only Gandhians can speak / vote there)

PS: If you see the proposal under vote here (on the right) , the last 2 points are not being voted on, as yet. Its also not about HRA. These issues are not a priority for HRA. In any case the last 2 points are not a HRA thing but a UN sanctioned thing (direct lift).

Although I have agreed, but i will be decreasing my participation with PPIN gradually.
I thought the broken group dynamics in the Party was something that could be fixed. But Internet is a poor medium for that. The only thing i can propose now is that @sroymb and @blaisemcrowly (and others) meet in real life and sort (read as shout) it out.
On the Internet, we dumb ourselves down to insults. Its becoming a common phenomenon (not just this group). And the problem, of course, is that people of India adopt Internet without adopting its culture.
So meet in real life, once the differences are out of the way, you guys can move forward.

Wish you all good luck

@thedentist I think many of us will be joining you. Its the dumb ones who insist that everything must be dumbed down to their level. I really don't see the point of meeting Blaise. My intention was to keep this movement on course for the Pirate movement.

I didn't want to say this earlier, but there is a "seeding" force (!) which is stamping out these "parties" on a cookie cutter basis all over India. Some of them are very well funded too once they get their "presence" up and running.

@praveenarimbrathod
Please read your email of March 23 and the following quote "If we get this initiatives moving, I will propose to freeze the current constitution and structure and this can be a real restart from scratch as equals".
Where have all those brave words gone ?
